THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17904 of 2016 ORDER:
The present application came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's shop room in Survey No.1143 bearing No.14-1313, Hospital Road, Chittoor Town, Chittoor District, without following due process of law.
Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to follow due process of law before taking any coercive steps or interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the alleged room.
Learned counsels for respondents states that any action taken may be directed to be in accordance with law. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner's shop room in question, except following due process of law.
