This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of respondents 1 to 5 in acting upon the complaints of the petitioner dated 19.05.2018 and 01.04.2019 and to declare the same as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Sri K.Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao for unofficial respondent No.6. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.11.2019 submits that one Polepalli Kondandapani gave a complaint dated 01.04.2019 to the respondent No.5-Sub-Inspector of Police, Yacharam Police Station and upon receipt of the said complaint, a G.D. Entry was made and after enquiry a case was registered in Crime No.208/2019 under Sections 447 and 27 I.P.C on the file of fifth respondent police station Yacharam Police Station on 13.11.2019. A copy of written instructions dated 14.11.2019 along with F.I.R is placed on record.

In the light of the written instructions dated 14.11.2019 and having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that a case is registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
