In this Writ Petition, petitioner challenges order dated 04.11.2019 passed by the third respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, L.B. Nagar, Circle No. IV, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, under Section 636 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, for removal of the unauthorized construction made by him. From the impugned order, it is evident that as against the permission granted for stilt + 2 Upper Floors, the petitioner had unauthorizedly constructed Cellar + Stilt + 4 Upper Floors + Penthouse.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. Permission is accorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this order shall not be construed as any direction is issued to the respondents not to take action in accordance with law.
