When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.14591 of 2006, dated 2.11.2016 and contends that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. In view of the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed.
