Sri V. Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 16.02.2016 to the registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to a fresh case, if warranted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
