This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in making efforts to demolish portion of the building bearing Door No.8-4-35, situated at 6th ward, Kovvur, West Godavari District for the purpose of road widening without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to demolish the petitioner's building (part) without following due process of law. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.6730 of 2015 on 18.03.

2015 and that the present writ petition is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Building, Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing counsel for 2nd respondent. For the reasons alike in the above said order in writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
