The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dt.28.05.2019 to the Registry stating that the issue involved in the Revision has been settled out of the Court and as such, requested to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal. Permission is accorded and this Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
