Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 to 5. 2.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the petitioner's representation dt.22.07.2014 seeking reinstatement as Contract Lecturer CSE (Vocational Course) in the 6th respondent-College and giving him posting orders. 3.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 to 5 states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.22.07.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
