This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.1 in deleting the name of the petitioner from the voter list of respondent No.3-Association for ensuing election of 2019-2020, ever since the petitioner filed her application under Certificate of Practice Rules by opting Respondent No.3-Association as her place of practice. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri G.M.Mohiuddin, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent and Smt.S.Nanda, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent.
Sri G.M.Mohiuddin, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent submits that the petitioner while making application to 1st respondent shown the place of casting her vote as Secunderabad, as such, now she cannot complain that her name is not existing in the 3rd respondent-Association.
When the petitioner is confronted with the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for 1st respondent, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
