This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application dated 23.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner to conduct survey by fixing boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.11.29 gts in Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petitions is covered by the order dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the judgment in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch dated 28.04.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
