This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 29.04.2015, passed in I.A.No.789 of 2014 in O.S.No.6393 of 2005 by the VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

It is submitted that the Suit itself is disposed of and as such, the subject matter of this revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
