Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in paying lease amount as well as issuing L.P.O.C. relating to lands of various extents in survey Nos.45-1, 55-1, 131, 174-C, 174-C1, 174-C2, 305-B, situated at Mandadam Village, Tullur Mandal, Guntur District, in favour of respondent Nos.6 to 18, which belongs to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner made a representation dated 19.05.2016, and also issued legal notice dated 09.05.2016, questioning the action of the authorities in extending benefits to the unofficial respondents, though the petitioner is the legal owner of the land in dispute. 5.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3, to whom the representation is made, to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the provisions of CRDA Act, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved parties, if

any. If the petitioner apprehends any adverse action to be taken against her, she is always at liberty to approach the authorities for interim relief, which shall be considered and dealt with, in accordance with law.
