THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.8708 of 2009 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing on 02.11.2015, this Court had passed the following order:

'When it was represented before this Court on 16.04.2015 that the counsel for the petitioners had died, the Registry was directed to issue notices to the petitioners intimating the next date of hearing.

Notices sent to the petitioners were returned with endorsement 'no such addressee' and no vakalat is also filed for the petitioners.

List on 09.11.2015 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
