HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.33319 OF 2010 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to address the Court as he has no instructions.

I have perused the interim order dated 21.3.2011. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that in view of the subsequent change in the policy, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why the petitioners are not coming forward to give instructions to their Advocate. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution with liberty to the petitioners to apply for its restoration, if the cause survives within a period of four weeks from today. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
