Heard Mr.Sasidhar Reddy for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners complain against inaction of respondent No.3 in disposing of representation of respondent No.6/ revision petition in Case No.F2/ 836/ 2017.

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that the case is reserved for orders and the 3rd respondent will pass orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
