HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.24876 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 4th and 5th respondents in trying to interfere with the civil disputes and trying to dispossess the petitioner from agricultural land in Sy. No.307/P1/1, admeasuring AC.3.03 gts and Sy. No.307/P2 admeasuring Ac.3.04 gts situated at Neela village, Renjal Mandal, Nizamabad District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 18.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that on 08.11.2019 at 12:00 noon, the Mandal Revenue Officer, Renjal made a phone call to the Station House Officer, Renjal stating that some parties are quarrelling at Sy. No.307/P2 at Neela village, Renjal Mandal and requested to visit the spot, upon which the Station House Officer, Renjal went to the above said place and pacified the issue and informed both the parties not to create law and order problem. In this regard GD entry was made. On the strength of the above written instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader would

submit that the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time nor tried to dispossess him from his agricultural land.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
