Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent nos.1 and 4, Sri K. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies Corporation, for respondent nos.2, 3, 5 and 6.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has given a representation on 07.11.2017 to the 6th respondent seeking payment for the bill submitted by it for paddy transportation for Srikakulam and Tekkali Revenue Divisions from various PPCs to Rice Mills, and that the 6th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Sri K. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondent nos.3 and 6, states that the 6th respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.07.11.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.07.11.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
