HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7853 & 7854 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7458 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.108 of 2016 of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, registered for the offences under Sections 199, 468, 471, 469 r/w 120-B & 200 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
