HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 91 OF 2016 AND WRIT PETITION No.2547 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri C. Appaiah Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.2, has filed Memo, dated 15.02.2016, which reads thus: "It is humbly submitted that the State Level Monitoring and Supervision Committee resolved to withdraw the impugned tender notification i.e., the notification No.1-A.1/APMSIDC/E.E.(QC & S)/2015-16, dated 05.01.2016.

Therefore, the 2nd respondent prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to close writ appeal."
