HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9781 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.270 of 2017 on the file of the Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323 and 506 I.P.C.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that in the said crime, the Police filed final report, which is registered as C.C.No.577 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy, on 30.06.2017. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, challenging the same.
