HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12537 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 14.02.2017 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.38 cents, in Survey No.2/1, situated at Kotthur Village, Tirupathi Rural mandal, Chittoor District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 14.02.2017 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
