HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21741 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent at the instance of the 4th respondent in interfering with the petitioner's property to an extent of Ac.0.34 cents in Survey No.241/G of Unnava Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District, without following due process of law. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no complaint is lodged against the petitioner and no crimes are pending against the petitioner on the file of Edlapadu Police Station, Guntur Rural District; that the 2nd respondent never called the petitioner to the police station; and that neither the petitioner nor the 4th respondent approached the 2nd respondent police station. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
