HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1782 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.09.2016 passed by this Court in WV.MP.No.3586 of 2016 in WP.No.27605 of 2016 wherein this Court while dismissing the vacate petition filed by the respondents, extended the interim order granted on 23.08.2016 until further orders.

The grievance in the contempt case is that the name of the petitioner was deleted from the revenue records pending interim order and alleging violation of the orders present contempt case is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 27.08.2016 stating that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court the name of the petitioner was restored and the name of the 4th respondent in the writ petition was deleted from the revenue records. Though learned counsel for the petitioner states that police people along with unofficial respondents are interfering with her possession, they were not made as parties to the Contempt Case.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 07.02.2018 t k
