THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.29517 of 2021 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) Learned counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has informed this Court that the entire garbage has been cleaned and there is no waste material in respect of the place in question and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated before this Court that there is no pollution in the area, the garbage has been cleaned by the GHMC officials and the petitioner does not have any grievance in the matter.

In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
