This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in proposing and proceeding with his action in shifting the Village Electricity Transformer from Government land to the front side of H.No.1-62/1 of the petitioner at Murtuzguda Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner was attended to and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
