Smt. Sorra Appalamma, W/O. S.Appanna v. The Commissioner Of Appeals
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14263 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard Sri Aravala Rama Rao learned counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. I have perused the material papers filed along with the writ petition. Prima facie, I am of the view that all the authorities have rightly held that the petitioner suppressed the employment of petitioner's husband, who was working in Central Government. The petitioner, except stating that she is living separately and therefore, her case has to be independently considered, has not placed any record or the counsel, who argued the case, could not draw the attention of the Court on the illegality or irregularity apparent on the face of record committed by the authorities while passing the orders.
The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
