Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject Suit in O.S.No.600 of on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit. 3 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
