THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9185 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petitioner is aggrieved of the action of the 2nd respondent-revisional authority in not passing orders in the revision filed by him in December 2014 against the orders of the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer dated 03.11.2014.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner and possessor of land over an extent of Ac.4-07 gts and Ac.2-00 gts in Survey Nos.329 and 328, respectively, of Fathepuram village, Thorrur mandal, Warangal district. He states that he came to own the said lands by way of purchase from the father of the 5th respondent on 02.04.1977 through a simple sale deed and also from one Shankaraiah. While so, on certain applications filed by the 5th respondent, the 3rd respondent, by order dated 03.11.2014, cancelled the pattadar passbook and title deed of the petitioner. Challenging the orders dated 03.11.2014, the petitioner filed a revision before the 2nd respondent but no orders are passed in the revision and the 2nd respondent has not even granted stay of the orders dated 03.11.2014, pending the revision. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

4. Considering the fact that the Revision is pending before the 2nd respondent, in which the petitioner also sought for stay of the orders dated 03.11.2014 pending disposal of the revision, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application, or preferably the Revision itself, within a period of six months from today. Till such time the Stay Petition or the Revision, whichever is earlier, is disposed of, there shall be stay of orders dated 03.11.2014.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J
