HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.81 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to receive her application for grant of permission to construct a building in plot No.377 and 380 in Sy.No.374 situated at Kanajiguda, hamlet of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, consider the same and approve the same without insisting for NOC and LRS approval.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are insisting to produce No objection certificate and LRS approval for considering his application for grant of permission to construct a building in the above plots.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that whenever an application is filed by a person, it is the duty of the authorities concerned to receive the same and pass appropriate orders. 5.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application for building permission placing all the contentions, which were raised in this writ petition, and along with all necessary documents. On such application being filed, the respondents-authorities concerned are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, taking into consideration the cases of adjacent

land owners, whose applications were considered and to whom permissions were also granted.
