THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P.No. 32065 of 2022 ORDER:

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents No.2 and 3 in considering the petitioners' representations for their Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) as per Circular No.375/A2/KU/2020, dated 10.09.2020, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners' learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' submits that petitioners' have already made representations dated 26.11.2021 and 22.07.2022 to respondent No.2 and is seeking directions to the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and also as per G.O.Ms.No.14, dated 20.02.2010. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners' have made representations in the year 2021 and 2022 to respondent No.2 and the same have not been disposed of by the respondent No.2 till date, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to consider the said representations in terms of G.O.Ms.14, dated

20.02.2010 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
