THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.22006 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the present writ petition was filed challenging the possession notice dated 20.05.2017; during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent-bank issued a fresh possession notice dated 13.09.2017; and, as the petitioner intends to challenge the subsequent possession notice, she be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in so far as the challenge to the earlier possession notice dated 20.05.2017 is concerned. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent possession notice dated 13.09.2017, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
