HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASI(AR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.l531 of 20tg ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated O6.L2.2O17 in W.P.No.4095O of 2017, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

2. By the aforesaid order, the learned Single Judge directed respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 12.06.2012 and latest one being 28.03.2016 strictly in accordance with the procedure established by law and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner.

3. During the pendency of the present case, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit on 23.O8.2OI8 stating that in compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent Corporation has issued proceedings in letter \ ) ) \ No.367TPS/c17 /NZ/GHMC/2018, dated 19.0 t.20l9 to the respondent No.4 in the writ petition, in response to

which they submitted the ownership documents along with reply affidavit. There aftet, considering the entire d.ocuments, the blockage made at IICT compound wall behind Ganga Apartment has been removed for free flow of Storm water and the Engineering officials have reported that RCC pipelines will be laid for removal of water stagnation duly ensuring that no sewerage will be merged into storm water drain and regular maintenance will be taken up by GHMC.

4. In view of the undertaking given by the respondents and as they have considered the representation and appropriate action has been initiated on the representation of the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the Contempt Case, shall also stand closed. I /ffRUE COPY// SD/. B.
