THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21694 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction in considering and disposing of representation dated 13.04.2017 requesting for cancellation of pattas allegedly granted in wakf land, as illegal and unconstitutional.

The petitioner if aggrieved by assignment of house sites in land notified as wakf property, he can certainly work out remedies in accordance with law particularly A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Learned counsel seeks liberty to work out remedies available against the assignments by which the petitioner is aggrieved.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
