This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.3, challenging the order, dated 26.02.2019, passed in I.A.No.265 of 2018 in O.S.No.275 of 2018, by the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam, whereby, on a petition filed by the respondents 1 to 3 herein/ plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of CPC read with Section 42(c) of the T.S.Agency Rules, 1924, seeking interim injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession of the plaintiffs over the suit schedule property, the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate granted interim injunction until further orders.

Heard the submissions of Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned senior counsel, appearing for Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant No.3 and perused the record.

The learned senior counsel would submit that the order under challenge is erroneous, since no reasons are assigned. It is further submitted that final order is not passed in the subject I.A.No.265 of 2018 yet by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate. 4 .
Under these circumstances, the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.265 of
2018 in O.S.No.275 of 2018, pending on its file, within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
