Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has lodged the complaints 20-02-2016 and 29-07-2016 against respondent Nos.3 to 5, but no action has been initiated by 2nd respondent in this regard. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for 2nd respondent states that FIR No.116 of 2016 was registered on 22-08-2016 by 2nd respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to conduct investigation into the allegations made by the petitioner in the above complaints and file a final report before the competent Court in accordance with law expeditiously. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
