ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28185 of 2009, dated 07.08.2014.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the said order, a show cause notice was issued to the fair price shop dealer on 13.01.2015 and an opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner on 27.1.2015 and final orders were passed on 28.1.2015 by imposing penalty of Rs.5,000/- and the petitioner was allowed to distribute the essential commodities.

Recording the aforesaid submission and having regard to the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28185 of 2009 has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
