THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41634 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in originating and continuing the Look Out Circular bearing No.2016407735 against the petitioner pursuant to registration of Crime No.217 of 2016 on the file of Women Police Station, D.D., C.C.S., Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to forthwith withdraw the said Look Out Circular and communicate the same to the concerned.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420, 344 and 120-B read with 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 4.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and since the aforesaid crime mainly arose out of matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner in Crime No.217 of 2016 on the file of Women Police Station, D.D., C.C.S., Hyderabad is hereby recalled.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
