The petitioner's grievance is that Respondents 2 to 4 have not taken any action on her complaint dt.30.11.2015 against third party for damaging her property.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents states that Crime No. 396 of 2016 has been registered on 26.09.2016 by the 4th respondent.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondents 3 and 4 to investigate into the complaint of the petitioner and file a final report before the competent Court expeditiously. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
