Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to put the 4th respondent on notice. The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following relief:

".....to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action in pursuance to the representations submitted on 10.08.2016 and reminder representations under acknowledgement in Meekosam programme on 29.08.2016 and 21.11.2016 to stop the illegal and high handed action of the 4th respondent from excavating the sand from the bund of Vanka which is bifurcating the land belongs to the petitioner situated in Sy.No.64/1 of Velamakur village, Devanakonda Mandal, Krishna District as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and the statutory stipulations of AP WALT Act and consequently direct the respondents to take action on the aforesaid representations forthwith."

Though various are grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a

CPK,J WP_41965_2016 direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 10.08.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.08.2016 submitted by the petitioner seeking to stop the illegal and high handed action of the 4th respondent from excavating the sand from the bund of Vanka which is bifurcating the land belongs to the petitioner, situated in Sy.No.64/1 of Velamakur village, Devanakonda Mandal, Krishna District, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
