Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.44194 of 2016 and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present writ petition. The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader.

Following the above said order dated 4.1.2017 in W.P.No.44194 of 2016 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order, with the following directions: "The petitioners are granted thirty (30) days time to vacate the acquired portion and deliver vacant possession to respondents. The respondents are directed to mark the acquired portion strictly in accordance with the award dated 24.9.2012. The 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the claim of petitioners filed for enhanced compensation including the claim of petitioners for compensation under Act 30 of 2013 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioners are given liberty to file a petition by enclosing copy of this order for expeditious disposal before 3rd respondent. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
