It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for 3rd respondent that the interim order dt.08-12-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.47173 of 2014 in W.P.No.37702 of 2014 has since been implemented and that in fact, the Writ Petition itself has been dismissed as infructuous on 12-08-2016. Therefore, no orders are necessary in the Contempt Case and it is accordingly closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
