This writ petition is filed declaring the proceedings inssued by the 2nd respondent in D.Dis.No.D/501/2005 dated 30.06.2007 and consequential notice issued by the 3rd respondent in FLR.No.87/07 dated 19.10.2007, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no survey was conducted as on today in view of the disputes raised between the parties.
