Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that her paternal uncle, by name, Baddam Shiva Reddy is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extents of Ac.0.05.75 guntas in Survey No.319/A/E and Ac.0.06 guntas in Survey No.319/B/AA of Gudur Village and Grampanchayat, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District. Her paternal uncle executed Settlement Deed on 18.04.2015 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above extent of land. Subsequently, the Settlement Deed was presented before the Sub Registrar, Bibinagar, Yadadri Bhongir District, the 3rd respondent on 18.04.2015 and he received the said document and assigned pending document No.P/234/2015. Petitioner alleges that so far neither the document is registered nor it is returned causing lot of hardship to him.

The first page of the Settlement Deed at page No.8 of the writ petition material paper book contains the pending document No.P/234/2015, dated 18.04.2015.

If that is so and so far no decision is made, the 3rd respondent is directed to process the document already presented by the petitioner for registration. If the document cannot be accepted for registration, he shall assign due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the

- 3 - petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
