THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5840 of 2008 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader for respondents that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.188 of 2015, dated 06-08-2015, wherein this Court dismissed identical writ petitions while setting aside the orders passed by the learned Single Judge and the same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition also stands dismissed, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
