There was no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 30.09.2016. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 21.10.2016.

Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 05.11.2007 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
