Heard Mr.K.Sai Krishna Mohan Rao, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering representation of the petitioner dated 07-06-2018 to remove the illegal entries over the petitioners' lands in respect of Sy.No.129, 130 and 161 admeasuring Ac.12-18 grs., situated at Timmapur Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, violative..........."

After perusing the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the time spent by the petitioner from the date of filing of representation is very short. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as premature. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
