Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Revenue; learned Government Pleader for Assignment and the learned Government Pleader for Home. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action on the reports dated 20.06.2017 and 28.06.2017 made by the petitioner and registering a case against respondents 9 to 16 as illegal and arbitrary and also oppose to all cannons of justice, consequently, direct the respondents to take action on the representations referred to above by registering a crime against respondents 9 to 16 as per law.

A perusal of the material would show that the report dated 20.60.2017 is said to have been sent by Registered Post to various authorities including the President of India, the Prime Minister, and Chief Minister. It appears that no report was sent to the concerned police station.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to personally give a report before the concerned police station within two (02) days from the date of

CPK,J WP_23678_2017 receipt of a copy of this order, in which event, the respondents shall act upon the same in accordance with law and by taking into consideration the judgment of the Apex Court in LALI TA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1.
