This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.191 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition in view of pendency of Tr.O.P. on the file of District Court, Eluru, West Godavari District. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
