HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2879 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

During the course of argument, both the counsel placed on record judgment of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.5030 - 5036 of 2004 and batch. Based on the same, the counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that no further cause would survive in the present civil revision petition, since the respondent has already filed a separate suit before the Agency Court and the same is pending consideration.

Recording the said submission, the civil revision case is closed.
