This Writ Petition is filed seeking deletion of names of the persons printed in the revenue records in the possession column in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.3.00 and Ac.1.04 guntas in Sy.No.353/A and 353/AA of Jeelacheruvu Village, Kusumanchi Mandal, Khammam district and to enter the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs in possession column and issue pattadar pass books and title deeds.

This Court noticed that the petitioner submitted a representation for the above relief and the remedy of the petitioner is to the Joint Collector since he is seeking correction of entries in the revenue records which were entered more than one year ago. 3.

In view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law before the competent authority.

This writ petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
